Resume
Nathaniel Meister was born in Sevierville Tennessee but was mostly
raised in Huntsville Texas. He joined the Huntsville Community Children Choir
in fourth grade and knew from then on that he would be singing for the rest of
his life! He then stayed in that choir until eighth grade while also
participating in his middle school choir. He then succeeded with many choral
awards and achievements in his high school choir career. His seventh grade year
he was a part of his first musical. The first musical he was a part of was
“Oliver!” having a role in the ensemble. He then stayed in theatre throughout
the rest of grade school, later becoming the president of his thespian troupe.
He performed many roles during high school career including Danny Zuko in
“Grease”, Joe from “The Shadow Box”, Romeo from “Romeo and Juliet” and Mr.
Mushnik from “Little Shop of Horrors.” When he graduated high school, he
achieved his dream of becoming a Musical Theatre Major at Sam Houston State
University, and was cast in his first show during this spring semester’s
musical “Cabaret” as a sailor. He’s improved greatly during his first year of
college and plans to grow more!
